Raffle Rules:
- These Official Contest Rules may not be waived, modified, or supplemented except by the Guardian Knights MC, Inc.. No modification of these official contest rules shall be enforceable unless made by the Guardian Knights MC, Inc.
- The raffle drawing shall be held at the conclusion of the 5th Annual Operation SOS Ride on 8/11/2012 at Susquehanna Valley Harley-Davidson, 6300 Allentown Blvd, Harrisburg, PA 17112. All tickets must be received by the drawing date to be eligible for the drawing.
- Each ticket will be entered separately in the drawing. Each ticket is a separate and equal chance to win the Chopper or specified prize. Odds of winning are dependant upon the total number of tickets sold. Maximum number of ticket to be sold in the raffle is 7500. If all tickets are sold the odds are 1-7500. If tickets remain unsold the odds of winning increase.

Due to postal regulations, raffle ticket stubs cannot be sent by mail for purchases over the Internet, through the mail or by telephone. When an order is placed, we will complete the ticket by filling in the name, address, and phone number, and we will deposit the ticket with all entries for the drawing. At the drawing, the winner will be contacted based on the name and information on the ticket. To pick up the prize, two forms of identification, one of which must be a photo ID will be required to prove that the person making the claim is the person on the winning ticket. Purchasers do not need their ticket stubs. However, the stubs will be kept on file. All online purchasers will receive a confirmation email verifying their transaction. An additional email will be sent confirming the ticket number(s) and will have a digitally signed image of the actual ticket attached once the order has been processed. Purchasers can email info@guardianknightsmc.org to confirm when the order was processed and verify their ticket number if desired.
- Winner has 30 days to take delivery of the prize in Harrisburg PA, or forfeits all claims thereto.
- Winner is responsible for any and all taxes, title and transfer fees and must pick up the prize in Harrisburg, PA or arrange for transportation/ shipping at his/her own expense. The GKMC, any partners, sponsors and/or agents are not responsible for any expenses or transportation following the raffle.
- Winner need not be present to win
- Winners will be notified by phone, email or mail
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets or participate in any way in this raffle.
- Winners will be drawn at random from a pool of all tickets sold. A maximum of 7500 tickets will be sold. Any remaining unsold tickets at the time of the drawing will be destroyed.
- In the event the Chopper is lost, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise not available, Guardian Knights MC, Inc.’s liability shall be limited to refund of ticket price to participants. Guardian Knights MC, Inc's liability for any other claim is limited to refund of ticket prices.

Winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, photograph or videotape likeness and statements for publicity purposes by Guardian Knights MC, Inc., and agrees to sign a publicity release without any further compensation.
- The Guardian Knights MC, Inc. reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time, in which event its liability is limited to refund of ticket prices to participants.

Any person who engages in conduct designed to corrupt the outcome of a charitable gaming activity with the purpose to defraud, or knowing that he is facilitating a fraud, is guilty of a Class D felony.

THIS CONTEST IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE INTERNATIONAL, FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED, OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED. Effective 1/15/10 Washington state residents are not eligible to purchase raffle tickets online or by phone.
- All proceeds benefit Operation Give-Back, a charitable project of the Guardian Knights Motorcycle Club, Inc. a 501(c)3 charitable organization in cooperation with GioCorp LLC and Youth Transit Authority LLC.
- The appraised value of this motorcycle is $29,000. The value of the TV is $700. The value of the spa package is $300.
